Worried about marine corps bootcamp, leaving on april 21st?

Run daily, do crunches throughout the entire day and do pyramid pull-ups. 1...1,2...1,2,3...1,2,3,4...1,2,3... 1,2...1... Find your max set and cut it in half, that's the most you will do in a set. Since you can barely do two, get somebody to help you with your pull ups. You've got almost two months before you leave. You should be able to increase your pull-ups to at least ten doing this method. Run long distances to help build endurance. This will help improve your run time on short runs, 2-3 miles. Train daily and you'll be prepared to leave. If you can't do the minimum when you get to MCRD or Paris Island, you will regret it. You will be miserable.
