Losing virginity to a tampon?

my mom and dad took my iPod and my cell phone away because they think that im not a virgin anymore because i used a tampon...I DONT THINK SO!!! i have NEVER EVER had ual BECAUSE IM 13!!!!!!!!!!!! and virgin means not having ual ... right? and just so you know... ive read similar questions like these and one of the answers say my mom is afraid because she thinks i want to be promiscuous????? is that crazy????? i do alot of sports and very rough activities that i find enjoyable.... and it is uncomfortable to wear a pad.. i use tampax pearl
