Genital Warts?

Okay let me get this straight first. I am a virgin. I have never done anything with a boy. NOTHING.. no it isnt possible i exchanged any bodily fluids with one. I have never even had a boyfriend. But i have a few bumps around my l opening. They do itch but i was told abstinence is the only 100% guarantee you will not catch anything. Well okay ive been abstinent? so how is this possible???? please dont tell me to go to a doctor i just want to know if its possible and if so how did it happen T_T? im really freaking out. and also i heard if they are genital warts, if you dab vinegar on them they will turn white?? is this true? ive tried it and nothing happend . Please help, thanks a bunch.
