What is wrong with my WinTV card?

i have a WinTV-GO-FM PCI og TV Tuner with the 878 chipset i goto the webiste download and install the driver but when i reboot to install it when it pops up i t found my card it will install than at the last second it locks the whole computer up only the video driver the AUX Audio driver installed fine however now my CD Drives dont work my Sound dont work the sound cards installed and working fine but Windows says No Audio Device any idea how to fix this? also does anyone know where i can get Windows 2000 Drivers for the ATI Radeon HD2400 PRO AGP card?
