Can a 3.7 gpa get me into the Barrett college at ASU.?

I am a junior in high school and I haven't taken my SAT's or ACT's yet but I am confident that I will do well. Also i have been increasing my grades a bit so that 3.7 may become a 3.8. And while I am not a national merit scholar I did score a 177 on the PSATs. I know barrett is competitive but I think i may have a good shot, especially if I do well on the SAT and ACT
