Painless spots below the corner of my lip, they get dark , crust and reappear in the same area?

I have these spots at the corner before my lip that appeared about a month ago, crust and scar and reappear. I haven't been ually active for 2Years and have tests twice a year and 3Months ago i tested negative for hiv and for other sti. I now live back home and there's one far clinic. Can't afford a doc currently as i've just finished studies and looking for a job. I went to the clinic they wanted me to do a hiv test cause they couldn't identify what i had, they did this even when i had boils after shaving and gave me nystacid . And will only get a nurse once its something serious they said. So again i'm waiting for a week for results but in the mean time can you help. I'm loosing self confidence and people in my area already writ in off as if i have some sort of sti or hiv
