Im on the depo and am paranoid i may be pregnant?

Ok im 14 and i am on the depo shot to prevent pregnacy. The doctor said to wait a week before having . (We did) Any ways i have been spotting/ bleeding (?) and my tummy feels kinda funny ALSO it hurts like hell when we try and have lol <3 Help me i afraid to take a test (sorry for typos im used to texting and... eye sight sucks) C: Thhhaaannnkkks <3
