Carnival Cruise Spring Break...?

Im going on the carnival triumph on the 22 to cozumel, jamaica, and grand cayman. I was wondering if theres anything you must do on those islands. I am also curious about the teen club seeing I am 16. Is it easy to make friends? I have been on one other carnival cruise that I cant really remember so what else is there to do? Comments please... :) thankies
