Why is it that some people feel the need to sneeze and clear their throats as loudly as they can?

I agree, totally. I do sneeze loudly, but can't help it. But it is annoying when people seem like they are trying to attract attention to themselves. How about when they blow they're noses while your trying to eat a meal and keep it down? Funny question!
