Well, I am having a big old old birthday coming up and turning 40 how do you beet the old age feelings?

I'm hating the thought of 1 week on the 19th ill be older and it is an age of heartaches. who wants to turn gray and get old not me........boo hoo......oh well life goes on and soon ill be 50 yuk.
