Supreme Court predicted to uphold Russel Pierce immigration law. Is it a good sign?

The Supreme Court can support any law, but it also needs to be supported by Law Enforcement Departments nationally. I've been to Mexico several times for vacation, and everytime I come back the "Border Patrol Agents" are more like "Walmart Greeter Employees" just saying hi, and never checking a thing...
