How can I cope with long flight and 13 hours in airport?
If you have a laptop or portable DVD player, definitely bring that with you. Watch movies, play games, write a letter to someone back home. If you are able to, I would also recommend the hotel for overnight. This will allow you to get some much needed rest. Also, when you are flying, dehydration is the number one cause of jetlag. Be sure to drink A LOT of water. This will also help to keep you from getting sick, because of the stress that long travels like this have on your body. As far as being a nervous flyer, just try to relax. Watch the flight attendants.
