Well I'm sure guy #1 is into you but he is shy, going on personal experience here he may of had his friends backstab him and just doesn't fit in so well with everyone, or he is a person who isn't very outgoing and you will need to start the relationship (again personal experience lol :) ) but I'm sure that if you are an attractive , smart, young women we would not say no if you ask him if he wants to hang out at a social location with just you trust me sometimes the quiet ones can be fun(btw I was the quiet one) hope you find this useful
