Damn cats in my backyard what do i do?

ok theres like cats i think newborns now what do i do i dont want them in my yard do i throw em in a box and out to the alley or load up my bb rifle and pellet gun or my paintball gun and let em have it!!!!...there mother has been in my back yard for more then 5 years now i think its time for her to look 4 a new home........also they always dirty my truck's hood with there little footprints covered in mud ..DAMN CATS......what do ya think i should do?????????
