Can you find any grammatical errors in this short sentence? I am not sure bout the us of tenses (has or had?)?

The grammar is not as troublesome as the excess verbiage. Try: "Foreign investment in the country was $2 million in 2006, down from $3 million in 2005." Neat and clean.
